A Texas Trial Lawyer
Randy is at third generation north Texan, born and raised in Dallas, graduating from the St. Mark's School of Texas in 1990. He has been a business litigator in Dallas for almost two decades, with a particular specialty in construction litigation, real estate disputes, landlord-tenant law, business broker litigation, bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He has tried numerous cases to judgment before both judges and juries in state and federal court.
Randy has a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center. He began his career with Am Law 100 firm Patton Boggs (now Squirre Patton Boggs, LLP) where he trained in a big firm setting among the best lawyers in the country, trying some of the largest commercial cases at that time. After 5 years, he left to start his own practice as a member of Glast, Phillips and Murray, PC where he honed his skills in the courtroom and resolving cases ahead of trial. In 2016 he founded this firm.
As the son of a Whataburger franchisee, Randy grew up with a keen understanding that taking care of the customer (client) is job one. He understands that your case is the most important thing to you, and he will treat it as the most important case to him. He does this for one simple reason: if you're not satisfied, you won't be back, and you won't refer him to your friends. Randy is proud to say that his book of business is 100% referred by friends, former colleagues, happy clients and former opponents. He realizes you have many options when you need legal representation, and he knows how to earn your business and keep it.
