I typically offer an hourly rate; however, there are occasions in which I will consider a "blended" rate consisting of a reduced hourly rate + a small contingency fee. Our lawyers and paralegals keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your case. We count in ten minute increments and round down when in-between them. Billing is sent monthly, typically by the 10th day of the following month in whatever delivery method you prefer. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be over-billed for unproductive time. Attorney's charge between $200-350 per hour depending on their experience and the most efficient way in which to staff your particular matter. Our paralegals charge between $85-95 per hour. Retainers must be paid upfront.
